Become a Vendor at the 2027 SoCo Women in Horror Festival
The SoCo Women in Horror Festival brings together horror readers, writers, creators, publishers, artists, and industry professionals for a weekend celebrating women in horror. The 2027 festival is expected to welcome approximately 300 attendees from across Colorado and beyond.
Vendor and author spaces are intentionally limited to create a curated, high-quality marketplace experience and to ensure strong visibility for each participant.
All vendor and author applications are reviewed prior to acceptance. Space is limited, and submission of an application does not guarantee placement.
Priority consideration may be given to women creators, horror-focused businesses, publishers, independent presses, and organizations aligned with the mission of the festival.
Vendor & Author Rates
Indie Author Table – $275
For individual authors and creators promoting and selling their work.
Standard Author Table – $375
For publisher or commercial-sponsored authors and creators promoting and selling their work.
Vendor Booth – $375
For publishers, bookstores, retailers, artists, businesses, organizations, and other horror-related vendors.
Premium Publisher Booth – $500
For publishers, bookstores, retailers, artists, businesses, organizations, and other horror-related vendors who would like an approx. 10' x 10' premium highly-visible spot in the venue lobby.
